"Excessive delivery charges for poor service"
Their service was really great before the pandemic hit. Back in those days, the delivery fee was just $10, and DHL would get the medicines to me in about 15 days.
Now, they’ve jacked up the delivery fee to $30, and they’re using India Post, which doesn’t provide any tracking info for a whole month after the package leaves the country. It’s been a month already, and I still have no clue when my order will arrive. These days, it seems like the average wait time is around 40 days. This is the fifth time in two years that I’ve had to wait over a month for something. It’s just absurd.
If you’re gonna charge this much for delivery, at least pick a decent carrier for international shipments.
